Experience: I have been in Legal Practice since 1976 and conducted very huge number of Contractual Matters, Services Matters, Matrimonial Matters and Land & Property Disputes of individuals, Companies corporate bodies and government undertakings. Since 1992 till this date i am handling arbitration matters of Sardar Sarovar narmada Nigam Ltd. A Government of Gujarat undertaking, and conducting thousands of land reference cases for the same organization for a long period. Due to delay in court proceeding I suggested settlement scheme of land reference cases out of court to avoid future interest and expenses in the year 2004. Which has been implemented from June 2007 and it has saved huge amount of Government. I have brought favourable result in the dispute between the Indian Petro Chemical Corporation Ltd. and Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for the Land of Gandhar Project, Dist. Bharuch. The Land was admeasurasing about Hundreds of acres.

My long experience in land reference cases has made me fully conversant with the land acquisition proceeding. I can help the organization in avoiding court litigation in such matters and this will prevent huge loss of expenses, interest, time and energy on the part of organization that acquires the land.

Who can refer the dispute to the consultancy?

Reference can be made by Individuals, Institutions, Organizations, Public Undertakings, Public Ltd. Companies, Private Companies and Corporate Bodies, Government and Semi-Government Bodies for their disputes among them and disputes with government.

If dispute which is referred is pending in the court written permission of the concerned court will be necessary.

It will be sole descrition of this consultancy weather to accept the reference or not. All the documents and information furnished to this consultancy shall be strictly confidential.

“If unresolved matters go to court no person connected with this consultancy shall work as advocate or attorney for either party in court.”

The dispute shall be resolved by full and free consent of parties only.
